BioLite Radar: March Edition

What's on the BioLite Radar: March 2015

Only a few of us can enjoy the outdoors all of the time, so here is a little lineup of what's been inspiring the BioLite team until warmer weather is upon us.

1) Foster Huntington's newest project, The Cinder Cone, warms us up with amazing photos of a Foster's treehouse, skate bowl, and wood-fired hot tub near the Columbia River Gorge. Check it out and get inspired by some very sophisticated off-grid living. Psst... Did you know that Foster is a big fan of the BioLite CampStove?

2) Have you heard about the the documentary Meru? It just won the Audience Choice award at the Sundance Film Festival this past February. Watch the trailer here. It's the story of three climbers' quest for one of alpine mountaineering's greatest unclaimed prizes – Mount Meru in the Himalayas. Remarkably, it was filmed by the climbers in their first summit attempt.

3) A perennial favorite among the BioLite team is the podcast The Dirtbag Diaries. Each podcast is perfect for a commute, and will inspire you to plan for new adventures, big and small. It's packed with useful information from the pros too. One of our recent favorites was the Adventure 1000 interview with Alastair Humphreys. Listen to it here, and let us know your favorite podcasts. We're always looking for inspiring stories, so share your recommendations with us by tagging @biolitestove on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook
